OpenViz for security & patrol companies

Prove your guards were on site.

Weekly patrols and equipment checks run on an automatic schedule, and a laminated QR code at each site turns the guard's own phone into proof of arrival: time-stamped, GPS-stamped, no app, no login. The estate manager's update says when you arrived and that it is verified - on WhatsApp, email or their own portal link.

What runs on a schedule

  • QR check-in at the site: guards scan on arrival, time and GPS stamped
  • Completion updates that read 'on site 21:02, verified', in the client's language
  • Proof photos on the client portal, each with its fingerprint code
  • Recurring patrols, alarm, CCTV and fire equipment checks on schedule

How it works

  1. 1. Set the round onceWeekly patrols, monthly alarm and CCTV checks, quarterly fire equipment inspections. Each occurrence lands on your calendar and your client's own portal link automatically.
  2. 2. Stick a QR code at the sitePrint the sheet from the client record and laminate it. The code belongs to that one site and that one service, and scanning it needs no app and no login.
  3. 3. Guards scan when they arriveOne tap records the arrival with the time and, when the guard shares it, the GPS position. A refused location still records the time - the visit counts either way.
  4. 4. The client is told, with proofCompleting the job sends the update on WhatsApp or email: Done: Weekly patrol (on site 21:02, verified). Shared photos sit on the portal under a Proof heading, each with the fingerprint code of the original upload.
  5. 5. And it asks for the moneyThe monthly fee asks for itself: the update that proves the visit happened carries the amount and its payment reference, and the reminder goes out without you having to write it.

Stop answering "were your guards there?" calls.

Print the first site QR today. The next completion update your client reads carries the arrival time and the word verified, in their own language.
